Our training administration system now includes a single report for a selected student
which lists;
All units to be completed for the course/s in which the student is enrolled, along with
the scheduled training hours for each unit.
Units yet to be attended
Actual units attended
Units attended for which a competency status is yet to be obtained
Units which now have expired competencies, and retraining is required.
Units which are a requirement for the students occupational position.
Those occupational units for which a competency status is required.
This report along with a number of other new reports and operational features has made
the Personnel Training Administration Database even more user friendly and powerful to
use.
Provisions have now been made for the following enrolment
options…
Standard enrolments whereby individual students are enrolled
against specific units/modules.
A selected student can be enrolled against individual
Units/Modules.
Groups
of students (Classes) can be enrolled against selected Units/Modules.
These alterations, along with a number of other new reports and operational features,
has made the Personnel Training Administration Database even more user friendly and
powerful to use.
